Ground Beef Taco Seasoning Rotel Sour Cream Shredded Cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Grease a 8 x 12-inch  baking dish

Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, crumbling the meat as it cooks until it is browned.  Drain the fat off.

Add the taco seasoning, Rotel, sour cream and half of the cheese to the ground beef.  Stir until well blended.

Spread the dip evenly in the greased baking dish.  Top with the remaining cheese.  Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the dip is bubbling around the edges.
