Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a stand mixer, or using a large mixing bowl and a hand mixer, beat the butter and sweeteners until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla and mix until well combined.
Slowly add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and blend until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
Spread the dough evenly in the prepared baking pan and top with a few more white chocolate chips. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, until lightly golden brown around the edges and cooked through in the center.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
