The iconic Pancake Pantry in Downtown Nashville has transformed its annual Holiday Pop-up into a Polar Express inspired experience called The Polar Pub. Bring the whole family and step aboard for Christmas vibes, themed cocktails, and a little Polar Express magic that’ll have you feeling like you’re headed straight to the North Pole!
Beginning November 13, the pub will be open every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m. through December 27.
Please note: The Polar Pub will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Throughout the holiday season, proceeds from all hot chocolate sales will benefit the NoahBRAVE Foundation, which supports families of children with brain cancer. It’s another reason to raise a mug and celebrate the season!

Opening Night at the Polar Pub
I was invited to the opening VIP night at the Polar Pub, and since I’ve been decorating for Christmas early this year, it was such a fun way to kick off the holiday season.
From the moment I walked in, the Polar Express theme was all around me, with twinkling lights, train inspired decor, and little details that make it feel like you’ve stepped right into the story. There are several spots for photo opportunities. The staff were really great and made the night even more enjoyable.

The Polar Pub Menu
The menu features festive drinks like the Caramel Sleigh Ride Hot Chocolate and the S’more the Merrier, a blend of vodka, Irish cream, milk, cinnamon, and a hint of spice, topped with roasted marshmallows. Savory options include Train Yard Twists soft pretzels with cheese and the Golden Ticket Mac. Treats like Frost Bites fried Oreos and Peppermint Bark Pancakes and so much more.
I’ve included a photo of the full menu so you can see all the delicious options available. You’ll also see a few photos of the drinks and treats we enjoyed. The Hot Chocolate and some the cocktails can be made without alcohol, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

If you’re looking for a fun way to celebrate the season, Polar Pub at Pancake Pantry is the place to be! The drinks and treats are festive and delicious, and the whole experience really captures the fun of the Polar Express. Bring your friends and family. Just be sure to check it out before it closes on December 27.
