Butter Yellow Squash Onions  Eggs Sour Cream  Salt Pepper Cheese

Simple Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

Step  1

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the squash and onions until the onions are translucent, about 10 minutes.

Step  2

In a large bowl, whisk the egg with the sour cream, salt and pepper. Fold in the squash and cheddar cheese until well combined.

Step  3

Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes, or until browned and bubbly around the edges.
