How to Make
Step 1
To begin, preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a sheet pan by lining it with parchment paper.

Ingredients
- 1 pound deli sliced corned beef
- 1 cup sauerkraut drained
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
Dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sugar free ketchup
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
For serving
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 8 dill pickle chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper
- Divide the corned beef into 4 equal portions. Place them in piles on the sheet pan and top each with ¼ cup of the sauerkraut and ¼ cup of the cheese. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the meat is heated through and the cheese is melted.
- In a small bowl, mix together the dressing ingredients until well combined.
- Place each portion of kraut and cheese–topped corned beef in a lettuce leaf and top with a couple of dill pickle chips, if desired. Serve with the dressing.
